Adult Only Accommodations
Young adults over 16 yrs. are welcome in our
The Chalet Suite.
Check-In Policy
You may check in between 3:00-6:00 pm. If
arriving after 6:00 pm, kindly let us know by phone so that we can arrange a
(simple to follow) self-check procedure ahead of time.
Deposit
A deposit of one night's stay is required to hold the reservation. Since
we have a limited number of rooms, and cancellations seriously affect our
ability to rebook, we require a deposit of one night's stay which is
charged upon making your reservation. We take Visa,
Master Card & Discover Card
Smoke-free Facilities
In
consideration of our non-smoking guests, and due to the expanded Clean
Indoor Act (RCW 70.160) which prohibits smoking inside or within 25 fee of
an entrance or window of any public establishment, and because we live in
an extreme fire district, smoking is prohibited anywhere on our grounds.
No open flames of any kind are to be used in the rooms or on the
property. This includes, but is not limited to candles and incense.
Pets
Although we love our furry friends, we are not equipped to handle pets, so
no pets are allowed. Pet boarding is available at:
www.leavenworthpetlodge.com.
Lost Keys
Guests who lose the keys to the rooms they rented are subject
to a $50 change-lock fee.
Weather Conditions
We cannot be responsible for winter weather conditions, so when you make
your winter reservations, make sure that you have proper equipment to
drive in the snow and carry tire chains for driving over the passes. Our
local roads are always kept open and are in good condition for winter
travel and our driveways are always plowed. There are no refunds for road
closures. In the condition if both mountain passes are closed for more
than eight hours, guests may reschedule at the earliest possible date,
within 6 months of the pass closure. The same applies for fires or smoke
in the area as fires are a natural part of nature in our National Forests.
We will reschedule your stay if both Stevens (HWY 2) and Snoqualmie (I-90)
are closed, making it impossible for you to arrive.
Cancellation
As we are a small Bed and Breakfast, cancellations seriously affect us. If
we know your plans 30 days for festivals/holidays and 14 days for all
other dates, in advance of your arrival, we will refund your deposit.
Within those times, we will attempt to rebook the room, however, you will
be responsible for any nights that are not resold. All cancellations
should be by phone. Any changes to your reservation will incur a
processing/cancellation fee of $40.
